That’s what our Director of Adult Services, Emma, has written in the latest blog to be published on the Department of Health Social Care blog.

The life expectancy of people with learning disabilities is increasing, as is their risk of developing conditions such as dementia. In the blog, Emma explains how the MacIntyre Dementia Project is working to raise awareness and improve care and support for those living with the condition, their carers and families.
