MacIntyre staff are required to undertake the following training:

Breadth Training
This is a one-day workshop facilitated by Trainers for Change. This focuses on the values of PCP and raises awareness of Person Centred approaches and tools.

Depth Training
This is a two-day workshop that follows the breadth workshop. The aim of this training is to provide more in depth knowledge and explore practical skills. This is aimed at Senior Support Workers and Heads of Service.
