The practice development team is based within the wider Standards & Excellence division of MacIntyre.
Their role is to support the work of Standards & Excellence and operational colleagues, in order to continually improve and develop MacIntyre's person centred service provision.

The work of the team includes developing specific areas of expertise, training and the sharing good practice, as well as working with both individuals and teams.
