At MacIntyre, we are committed to having a highly trained and qualified staff team to deliver excellence in practice throughout the organisation.
Whether you are directly supporting individuals on a day to day basis, or working in one of our support functions, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through our comprehensive learning and development programme. This includes:

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the Learning & Development programme and exceed standards in training quality
- Develop activities, learning materials and training modules that are linked to National Occupational Standards and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ)
This is supported by:
- Regular, structured support meetings with your line manager
- Annual Performance Review
- Observation of practice
- External training opportunities
MacIntyre is an Approved Centre with City & Guilds and is therefore able to support the delivery of vocational training using our own assessment team.
