This could be at one of our schools, learning centres, residential services, or in the community. We look for people who can adopt a Person Centred Approach with a respectful, intuitive and creative focus on the people you will be supporting.
Experience is not always necessary: we provide a full induction and training programme for the right person with the natural characteristics to have Great Interactions™ with the people we support.
Our selection process includes submitting a MacIntyre Application Form (we do not accept CVs), a short personality questionnaire, an interview, and if appropriate a visit to the service. We involve the people we support in the selection process wherever we can.
