MacIntyre continue to show signs of Investment

MacIntyre is pleased to announce that we have once again been awarded Investors in People status.
We have held this award since 2001 and, in addition to achieving re-accreditation against the standard, have been recognised with a Bronze Award for our commitment to excellence and innovation in the recruitment and development of staff.
During the week-long assessment, reviewers found that MacIntyre was an organisation that ‘lived its values across all levels’ and had ‘a culture of continuous improvement’. Other areas of good practice that were highlighted during the assessment included the comprehensive induction processes employed for both new staff and those moving to new roles, and MacIntyre’s commitment to formal and informal learning in developing staff.
