MacIntyre's Big Event!

MacIntyre is looking forward to being at The Big Event 2010. Come and visit us on stand 88 to find out about how we are delivering creative, personalised services that offer the best possible outcomes for adults, young people and children with learning disabilities.
We’ll be showcasing MacIntyre My Way, where highly skilled staff work with a person, their family and care manager to go through an assessment, establish an indicative individual budget, create a support plan that details how the budget will be spent and puts the plan into action. MacIntyre My Way doesn’t just offer advice; it helps people develop solutions that make sense to them.
As well as visiting our stand, at 4.00pm in the Providers’ Zone, you can hear Anna O’Mahony, Head of MacIntyre My Way, talk about our approach to personalisation and how we have made changes internally to facilitate self-directed support and the use of personal budgets.
