National recognition for Marion

We would like to extend our sincerest congratulations to Marion Dudley, a Support Worker from MacIntyre’s Cedar Close service in Shrewsbury, who has recently been presented with a silver award in the ‘Carer of the Year’ category at the annual All Wales Care Awards gala dinner.
Marion joined Macintyre in February of this year looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work in an environment where she could make a difference.
In addition to the amazing day-to-day work Marion undertakes at MacIntyre’s supported living services, she has also attained her NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and is currently busy working towards her Modern Apprenticeship Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
