Ofsted praise for Wingrave School

Following the recent Ofsted inspection at Wingrave School, we are delighted to announce that the school has been judged to be good in all areas. We are also pleased to announce that the school is one of a minority of establishments in the country who meet every single Education (School Standards) Regulation.
There have been a number of recent changes at Wingrave, particularly to curriculum, that were judged to be valuable and relevant. The school were told that they ‘rightly focus on students’ needs to maximise communication and personal or life skills’.
MacIntyre's person centred approach has long been a feature so it is fantastic to have ‘excellent relationships’ noted and that ‘all staff demonstrate a detailed understanding of each student’.
All the students and staff across the school deserve a lot of praise for their efforts. We are lucky to have such a strong team that will ensure we build on our success and secure a bright future.
