The London Cats are a social group, where the people we support at two services in London meet up once a month to do fun activities such as baking, arts and crafts and games nights.
In their last meeting, the group got into the Christmas spirit by decorating their own photo frames and put their art skills to the test by colouring in and decorating different Christmas shapes.
The London Cats meetings provide a brilliant opportunity to focus on the wellbeing of each individual and to help them achieve their goals, whilst enjoying a new, fun activity and developing new skills.
Hannah Crampton, Head of Service at Anvil Close in London, said:
“There is such a sense of achievement from everyone in the group when something new is achieved. The meetings are something that they all look forward to. December’s meeting will be our Christmas party, and we’ll have lots of new activities planned for 2018 too!”
