We would like to invite you to join a local network that MacIntyre are hosting to collaborate and improve outcomes for supporting people with learning disabilities/autism to come out of long-stay hospital.
This is part of a series of four local meetings, taking place from July to December, which are linked to a larger national network and we would like to invite you to attend or to pass this invite on to colleagues or experts with lived experience. You don’t have to commit to attend all the meetings.
The final date will be Tuesday 5 December
All meetings will be held at Office Bay, Westwood Park, Wigan, WN3 4HE from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
