Come and join us on 14 September when MacIntyre’s volunteers are staging a takeover of the Linford Wood parkrun.
If you'd like to join us as a runner - or a walker - register here with parkrun.
parkrun participants and volunteers get credits. There are rewards available for reaching certain milestones, for example a free t-shirt when you volunteer or run 25 times.
This is part of MacIntyre's Everyone Everywhere approach as we make connections and volunteer to help in our communities.
