2020 has been a year unlike any other. We have all faced challenges unexpectedly and had to learn new ways of coping with each day as lockdowns were introduced, enforced and removed. We’ve all had to stay resilient throughout and at times we may have felt stretched and about to snap. Join Debs Aspland on this workshop where we will be looking at what resilience actually is. We know that families and carers are probably the most resilient group there is, but let us help you look at different ways to stay resilient.
We will be looking at four different aspects of resilience, with ideas for parent carers, carers and staff teams. You will leave with ideas to try, together with your own personal resilience plan.
