Welcome to Saxon Close

Hello and welcome to Saxon Close in Flitwick. My name is Nicole and I am the manager of the team supporting people who live in this house.

I have worked for MacIntyre for over 8 years now, and over 4 years at Saxon Close, starting as a Support Worker. My degree in Health and Human Sciences helps me to understand complex health needs that people with learning disabilities may have but it also means I understand how important it is to build expertise within the team.

As a team we believe that each individual has the right to live a life that has a meaning to them and that with a support that is centred around the individual this can be achieved. We also understand the importance of family relationships and support people to maintain those.

We are striving to provide the best support people can get and we are working towards an Outstanding rating from CQC, the social care regulator.
