Enhanced Annual Leave
The statutory requirement for a full-time employee in the UK is 28 days’ holiday including public holidays. At MacIntyre we reward our staff with a holiday allowance which starts at 33 days including public holidays, increasing with each full year of service up to 38 days including public holidays.
