Autism
We understand that each child, young person or adult with autism that we support is unique.
MacIntyre has a particular way of working with people. Through the Promises we make to the people we support, our value base, the promotion of Great Interactions™ and Person Centred Approaches, we aim to give each and every person a life that makes sense to them, with a level and style of support of their choosing.
The song: “It ain’t what you do it’s the way that you do it” neatly sums up how we put our values into action.
Thanks to a grant from The Morrison's Foundation the young people at our children's home were still able to make incredible progress.
Several weeks into the latest lockdown, I thought it might be helpful to provide an update on what we continue to do across MacIntyre to keep everyone…
On Friday 29 January we will be taking our much-loved MacIntyre Memory Cafe online for the first time, welcoming people across the country to join us.
A MacIntyre staff team from Worcestershire have been praised by Worcestershire Royal Hospital for their dedication.
