The end of a school year is always full of celebrations, reflections and the prospect of new beginnings. What better way to do this than to dance the night away at the Prom!
Eight students, their families and MacIntyre School staff had a night to remember as they climbed on board a double decker bus and took a tour of the local area before arriving at the beautifully transformed School hall for food, speeches and dancing!
Organisation for the Prom began last September, when students became involved in choosing the catering, transport, colour schemes and more.
Joanna Gondek, Teacher at MacIntyre School said:
“A lot of preparation goes into the Prom each year and we make sure the students are as involved as possible so that the night is exactly as they want it. It’s such a special night and it’s always amazing to have the families join us as we celebrate everything that their child has achieved. We wish all of the students that are leaving us this year lots of luck with their futures!”
