Derbyshire
In Chesterfield we offer support for adults in our Learning Hubs in Holmewood, Queen’s Park and Staveley Healthy Living Centre and are seeking to expand our supported living offer in the area.
The Community Hubs offer meaningful and social activities for local people, many of whom have been friends for years. As well as day time activities, the Hubs are involved across Chesterfield, as part of regular community events including Tuesday Takeover at Monkey Park café, a small, friendly space that can be booked for meetings, used to share information and signposting to other local activities. If you'd like to find out more, use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
