Jess’ gang reach new heights

19 October 2018
News

For Jess’ gang, Saturday 6 October was a day they’ll never forget. The group, consisting of 22 people and 4 Muskebears, took on the legendary Titan Zip Wire in Wales, raising over £2000 for MacIntyre, Guide Dogs and Shropshire Disability Network.

Up against the 1890 metre long zip wire, the largest in Europe, the group reached speeds up to 70 miles per hour.

Jo Allmond, who was set the challenge by her daughter Jess, who is supported by MacIntyre said:

“We did it, what an amazing experience. I would do it again tomorrow. I think Jess was excited just to see us whizzing down. Thank you so much to everyone for being there, whether taking part, supporting us, or raising money for us.”
