We’re looking back on some of the moments that defined the past year at MacIntyre, starting with January 2021. With the new year in full swing, we saw MacIntyre staff and people we support receive their first COVID-19 vaccines.
64 frontline MacIntyre staff and 12 people supported by MacIntyre in Leicestershire were some of the first people across MacIntyre to receive the vaccine.
Across MacIntyre 85% of our staff have received both COVID-19 vaccinations (as of 9 December), with the booster jabs programme underway.
We met the requirement for all staff in our Registered Care settings to be vaccinated by 11 November and are currently working towards 100% compliance by April 2022 for all our Adult Services settings in line with government legislation.
