We're happy to share our 'Employees of the Month' for March. Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate.
Below are the names of the winners in the categories of MacIntyre No Limits, Adult Services, Support Services, and Children and Young People, together with an extract from their nominations.
Linda Paice, MacIntyre No Limits
Linda is a Community Teaching Facilitator. She has taken on the role of receptionist at Great Holm and is there for everyone who enters the building. She helps people who draw on our support to do valuable work experience in the reception area. She guides and mentors colleagues with their needs and questions. She really is a key member of the team.
Debbie Hall, Adult Services
Debbie was promoted to Shropshire Area Manager about a year ago. It's a large patch with a mixture of services. Over the last six months the area has been extremely busy. Debbie has maintained so much resilience. She has been learning on the job and shows so much dedication and commitment to getting things right. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis, always with a smile on her face. She has a calm and reassuring presence even when managing complex situations. Debbie is honest and authentic and gives 110% to her role and her area. I have enjoyed getting to know Debbie and see her develop in confidence. I want her to know how much she is valued for everything she does and everything she gives to her role in MacIntyre.
Denise Rogers, Support Services
Denise joined MacIntyre mid-way through 2022 and has proved herself an absolute credit to us and to the Recruitment Team. As Central Recruitment Administrator she has perfected her plate-spinning abilities to great effect! Communicating by turn with candidates, with Regional Administrators, with frontline colleagues, and with our Payroll team, Denise has proved herself adept at building relationships. She has learned our systems quickly, and has implemented improvements. She has an eye for detail and really cares about high quality work. She is good at both exploring and explaining complex right to work issues. She's intelligent and asks great questions. All in all, a fantastic addition to the MacIntyre central team.
Hayley Searles-Adey, Children and Young People Services
Hayley joined us as School Cook a few months ago, and in that time has really made a difference in our café. She provides really great healthy meals for the students, and has recently been given a 5 star rating! She's a fantastic asset to the Wingrave team!
