MacIntyre's Approach - The Leadership DNA

20 August 2024
News

It ain't what you do, it's the way that you do it

At MacIntyre we know that anyone can be a leader regardless of job title.

Last year a group of amazing leaders from all around MacIntyre and from all stages of their leadership journeys came together and created our Leadership DNA.

The result was a simple visual, based on an image familiar to everyone in MacIntyre and deeply rooted in our values and purpose. It lays out MacIntyre’s leadership approach.

Visual representation of MacIntyre's Leadership DNA

The MacIntyre Leadership DNA is a simple image with a lifetime of learning and development opportunity within it. It is deliberately straightforward to ensure everyone in MacIntyre can quickly understand the principles that underpin the leadership approach we strive for.

You can read more about the Leadership DNA in a series of blogs you can find here.
