A chance to visit the theatre and experience a show is just one of the many fun activities MacIntyre have to offer. Most recently, a group of people that we support in Great Holm had the amazing opportunity to watch the classic film musical ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ at Milton Keynes Theatre.
Support Worker Marie spoke on the event:
“It was an amazing day out for everyone! There was so much excitement and anticipation throughout the day. Songs were already being sung before we had even stepped foot into the Theatre!”
She added:
“A lot of credit has to go to our senior team leader Julie Cox who arranged the entire trip. She's amazing at booking lots of theatre trips as many people we support love the Theatre! She's always encouraging as many people as we can to come along to enjoy the shows.”
The vibrant atmosphere, the singing, dancing and humour entertained the crowd creating so much joy for everyone at MacIntyre, who plan on visiting many more shows in the near future.
