MacIntyre’s Liane Sheppard won the award for Outstanding Frontline Employee in our Children and Young Person teams at the recent Marjorie Newton Wright 2021 staff awards event.
Liane won the award based on her outstanding support for one student in particular last year, who had become homeless. Liane did everything in her power to support the student with appointments, assessments, phone conversations, ensured the student had a safe place to go, and provided much-needed emotional support.
This support was not at the expense of the other students, who also received fantastic support and attention. Liane is known for always smiling and how she develops positive relationships with everyone, including our partner college, who have also complimented her amazing work.
If you consider yourself to always aim for outstanding levels of service and want to be the next Outstanding Frontline Employee why not join the team?
