Rebecca was nominated for the incredible commitment she shows to both young people and colleagues. Whether supporting students in the classroom, organising Duke of Edinburgh activities, coordinating ASDAN, helping to plan the school prom or coaching members of the staff team, she is always willing to go the extra mile. Even while recovering from a hand injury, Rebecca continued to ensure both the Duke of Edinburgh trip and her class team were fully supported. She is a passionate advocate for young people, encouraging them to achieve their goals and celebrating every success along the way.

Katrina has been recognised for the confidence and expertise she has developed over the past year. Her consistently high standards are reflected in her excellent audit results, while her day-to-day work focuses on helping learners build independence and develop new skills.
