Join our team in 2021

News

As 2020 comes to a close (finally!) you may be looking for a fresh start or the chance to take your career in a different direction in 2021. If you are looking for more than just a job; a chance to learn, progress and make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

We believe that experience isn’t essential for making a difference to someone’s life, but personality and a passion to learn are. Many of our teams are made up of individuals with a variety of career backgrounds, from lawyers to landscapers, chefs to graduates.

We provide a full induction, free training programme and the day-to-day support of your team and line manager.

What will you be doing?

Currently we have a number of vacancies, ranging from Support Worker roles, to Frontline Managers. You could be working at our school, one of our learning centres, residential services, or in the community, but wherever you are based, you will be supporting children, young people or adults who have autism or a learning disability to live a life that makes sense to them.

What do our colleagues say?

“I have had an amazing career at MacIntyre. I have worked with both adults and children in so many different settings and areas. I have loved the ability to build a career with such a fantastic organisation, which has given me the ability to develop such a wide range of experiences with some truly phenomenal people.”

- Maria

“Working for MacIntyre for me has never been about standing still. Whether remaining in the same role with a different focus or expressing an interest in one of the many development opportunities that have become available within the organisation, my managers have always been focused on supporting me to develop my skills and utilising them where they are most needed.”

- Dan
