International Nurses Day 2022

12 May 2022
News

International Nurses Day is dedicated to celebrating the work and contribution of nurses in society, and here at MacIntyre we would like to recognise and celebrate the nurses across the organisation.

MacIntyre employs nurses in our dual-registered homes in St Albans, our Nursing Associates in London, “Nurse Nicki” in Milton Keynes, as she’s affectionally known, and our Learning Disabilities Admiral Nurse, Jane Nickels, who joined MacIntyre over two years ago in the UK’s first role of its kind. These dedicated colleagues continue to provide health advice and assistance to improve health outcomes for the people who draw on our support.

MacIntyre’s nurses continue to go the extra mile to ensure that they deliver expert care and advice on a regular basis. International Nurses Day is not only an opportunity to recognise all nurses around the world, but also to particularly show our appreciation to our team of nurses at MacIntyre – thank you.
