Held at Woburn Golf Club, 2023 will mark the event’s 35th year. Since 1987 the MacIntyre Golf Day has raised close to £1m.
This year’s MacIntyre Golf Day will be played on the Marquess Course, which has hosted a number of major Championships and is listed in the Top 100 courses in Golf Monthly. A normal green fee on this course in April would be £209.
Funds raised at the 2023 MacIntyre Golf Day will benefit the children who live and learn at MacIntyre School and Children’s Home in Wingrave in Buckinghamshire. The School believes that every student has potential to achieve above and beyond and are seeking to create an immersive education space for the young people. Entry is £1,000 for a team of four and includes full English breakfast, on course catering, three course dinner with wine and an after dinner entertainer. The competition format is four-ball better ball Stableford (best two scores count), maximum playing handicaps for the event are 18 for men, 24 for ladies.
