Onesie fun for Autism Awareness Week

5 April 2018
News

Earlier last week, staff and students from our Further Education provision in Buckinghamshire, No Limits, held a onesie day at the Flackwell Heath college campus for Autism Awareness Week.

After a very successful day, over £150 was raised which staff and students will donate to the National Autistic Society. The money raised will enable the National Autistic Society to continue to raise awareness of autism and provide support for autistic people, their friends and families.

How was the money raised?

Staff and students all contributed money to wear their onesie for the day and food, drinks and raffle tickets were on sale throughout the day, with all proceeds going towards the total raised.

Simple idea, big impact

Well done to everyone involved! Even a simple idea like wearing a onesie for a day can help to raise valuable funds. If you have an idea for a fundraising event or challenge, email [javascript protected email address]
