Time for Tea is back!

10 May 2019
News

From 17 - 21 June we're back with our favourite excuse to get together with friends, family and colleagues to enjoy a cup of tea and a cheeky slice of cake; Time for Tea!

What is Time for Tea?

Time for Tea is a chance to host your very own tea party or event, in the name of MacIntyre. Whether you consider yourself to be the next Mary Berry, or simply love an excuse to catch up with old friends, Time for Tea is the perfect way to raise money for children and adults with a learning disability.

Did you know?

  • Raising £25 for MacIntyre can buy a Story Sequencer for someone we support, enabling them to create timelines, visual stories and schedules.
  • Selling 80 cupcakes at £1 each in your village hall or school will buy a sensory tent for a person we support in one of our local services.
  • Hosting a baking competition or a tea party at your office, with hot drinks and cake and raising £200 can buy musical instruments or a camera, supporting children, young people or adults communicate with music or document their achievements.

Whether you bake it or fake it we can't wait to see what you come up with!

If you would like to learn more about taking part in Time for Tea, you can visit our events page or contact our fabulous Fundraising Team via:
