Jaydon’s start with No Limits

15 January 2019
News

At MacIntyre, we believe that every child and young person has the right to an education that works for them. For 19-year-old Jaydon, MacIntyre No Limits has changed his life.

Since joining back in September, Jaydon has made brand new friends, learned to enjoy prepping meals through the 'Cook & Eat' sessions and has developed a love for music.

Community Learning Facilitator Laura Bowkett said:

"He loves his ‘Cook and Eat’ sessions and is really starting to enjoy prepping the ingredients more and more each session. His favourite food is anything spicy. He also adores anything with music and musical instruments and you can see how relaxed he becomes when it’s played. It is really lovely to see."

Laura added:

"We've been on lots of adventures since he started at No Limits, including seeing animals, watching trains, making things, visiting new places. It's such a delight to see how much he enjoys himself with us. His smile proves that. I’m really so proud of him and how far he’s come since day one.”
