The Sui-Ling Show Episode 42

2 February 2024
News

With her trusty budgie Rio by her side, Sui-Ling chats to people from across MacIntyre and elsewhere.

In the latest episode, we hear from Kathryn Yates, MacIntyre's Culture and Communities Manager.

Kathryn talks about MacIntyre's Everyone Everywhere stories, how the idea came from people's work on The Big Plan, and how they work with our DNA.

One of the things people said they wanted in The Big Plan was:

How can we all meet people near where we live to make things better for everyone

Kathryn explained that Everyone Everywhere is the vehicle - or as she puts it "the little purple car" that helps make this happen. People across MacIntyre are getting out and meeting new people in a low-key way, telling them about MacIntyre, looking for opportunities to get involved, and building those community connections and friendships.

Thanks to Kathryn and to Sui-Ling for hosting
