Fletchers' Fun Day
In which everyone came together at Fletchers Mews in Milton Keynes to make an event for the whole neighbourhood.

In Herefordshire we support adults in Kington and Leominster to live gloriously ordinary lives.
Each person is supported to attend activities in the local community that are meaningful to them and involve families at every step of the way, maintaining consistent communication at all times.
Our priority is making sure that each person we support is treated with dignity and respect and that each person is involved in all aspects relating to their health, care and support needs.
Our staff team
In 2023 one of the Kington staff team was a runner-up in MacIntyre’s annual staff awards. The nomination noted that:
Caroline has worked with us for over 12 years and is an amazing contributor and mentor within the team. The people who live here know and trust Caroline and she supports them to achieve the very best they can within their day. A recent example of this is supporting someone to join a local farm group, giving the person time and space to adjust, but also adapting to meet her needs on a minute by minute basis. This was recognised by the session co-ordinator who fed back about the strong bond between Caroline and the person who draws on our support, and the mutual trust and respect.
CQC Reports
Rated Good by CQC, the most recent inspection of the Registered Care home found:
We saw people being treated with dignity and respect. We saw staff include people in conversations about their care. For example, we saw staff discuss when they should leave to help support a person to attend an activity. Although the person was not able to communicate verbally, staff included the person in the conversation and kept them updated about the plans.

In Supported Living, the most recent CQC inspection found the service to be Good with Outstanding:
There was a truly holistic approach to assessing, planning and delivering care and support. People's wishes and choices were recognised and valued. They received excellent support to achieve a full and satisfying way of life. People were at the heart of the service, which was organised to suit their individual needs and aspirations.
