Prints Charming

Prints Charming is an online enterprise and print shop located in Leicester and run by No Limits, our further education provision.

The enterprise gives No Limits learners aged from 15 years old upwards access to a work environment and provides learners with the opportunity to gain a range of functional and social skills using vocational methods. These skills enhance learner’s abilities, independence and progression into future employment, in line with their No Limits programme of learning, which includes working towards an AQA accreditation.

Recruitment process

Before being accepted into the job, Prints Charming employees must have completed an application form, submitted their CV and attended an interview. This mirrors a typical recruitment process to prepare the learners for future job opportunities.

Learners are expected to wear the correct uniform, follow start and break times, fulfil job roles specific to their abilities and interests and work effectively to complete orders on time as part of the team.

Task focused

A working day at Prints Charming of Warrington involves tasks such as managing the eBay site, which sells the items being made such as t-shirts, mugs, jigsaws, phone cases and more; monitoring finances and completing other tasks to keep the shop running.
