Warrington in full colour

20 February 2026
News

This year was the third annual event for the MacIntyre in Warrington Art exhibition and the standard was incredible.

The art work was influenced by 22 different famous and local artists.  Exhibitors "In the style of..." featured from the Learning Centre, the Garden Gang, people we support at MacIntyre and also people we connect with on the Great Communities project. There were over 70 pieces of art in the exhibition and it was amazing to see so many people we support and connect with from MacIntyre in Warrington come along and celebrate what is now an annual event.

Feedback from exhibitors, group members, support staff and parents/guardians as well as organisations we connect and collaborate with who have visited the exhibition has been outstanding. It’s great to celebrate and help others by brightening up a space. It’s art with a purpose, and we have had lots of comments of people who have been inspired by what they have seen.

It was a fantastic display of all our gifts and talents across Warrington from people we support and staff, and displays from Great Communities, The Garden Gang, and the Learning  Centre.

Planning has already begun on the theme for the 2027 exhibition.
