The gift of Community
Every year, MacIntyre celebrates the Marjorie Newton Wright Awards, named after one of our founders. These staff awards go to individuals and teams who exemplify the values set out in MacIntyre's DNA.
In 2023, the award for Community Connecting was won by Kathryn Yates. This summarises the reason she won this category:
Kathryn's nominations picked out that she listens to everyone's ideas, she's creative, inspirational, nurturing, tenacious, enterprising, compassionate, and understanding. She makes things happen.
