Spring into March with our virtual challenge - Move with MacIntyre! Last year people walked, washed cars, climbed Everest (virtually!) and did online exercise classes. Take a look here for more ideas and to sign up https://www.macintyrecharity.org/events/move-with-macintyre/
Can you support us this Spring?
Our Amazon Wishlist is still live – is there anything on the list that you could purchase for the people we support? https://amzn.eu/azXoqeK
And don’t forget, if you log in via Amazon Smile smile.amazon.com that will generate a donation for MacIntyre too. Simply visit smile.amazon.com and log in to your Amazon account. From here, you can choose MacIntyre as your chosen charity. Once you’ve done this step, you can continue shopping!
Join the MacIntyre Lottery https://www.macintyrecharity.org/get-involved/macintyre-lottery/ and have a chance to win the top monthly cash prize of £500. You can join for a month (£5), six months (£30) or a year (£60). You can even choose which MacIntyre location you’d like to benefit from your gift.
Your support makes a difference
Support from the community
Recently, we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from local communities; from fundraising efforts to acts of kindness.
Double your donation this March
This March, there's a chance to double your donation to MacIntyre with MK Community Foundation's Mad March Match Challenge.
How your support makes a difference
In December 2020, we took part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge for the first time to tackle digital exclusion among the people we support.
26 miles in March: Aiden’s challenge
Aiden from Bedfordshire has set himself a challenge to run 26 miles in 31 days as part of his Duke of Edinburgh Award, which has already raised £180.
Most of the regular activities have not been available for the people we support due to lockdowns. This puts additional pressure on our services to provide materials for new activities and hobbies.
Our wish list on Amazon is a collection of fun and useful items which could be used by the people we support. We would really appreciate any purchase you are able to make.
Thank you for your support!
