Celebrating success

To celebrate the end of term, our team from MacIntyre No Limits held an awards ceremony at their annual training session to share and recognise their achievements across the year.


On to the winners...

Sarah Burgess – Creativity Award – for the inspiring and creative methods she had implemented in her music and sensory sessions, including use of different instruments and technology, having a positive outcome on learner engagement

Hollie Bousfield – Over & Above Award – for her excellent relationships with students and staff interactions and her enthusiastic and adaptive progress-driven approach.

Adam Martin – Extra Mile Award – for his passion and dedication towards the people we support, and his positive and supportive relationships with staff and families.

Clemence Noelle – Best Resource Award – for high-quality visual guides and tutorial aids, developed cooperatively with the learners she supports.

Richard Colbert – Creativity Award – for his enthusiasm and determination in introducing staff and learners to the wonders of science.

Kate Maguire – Over & Above Award – for her effort in developing, applying and outstanding quality in her session planning.

Catherine Munene – Extra Mile Award – for her commitment to quality, both in supporting new learners and in completing their AQA folders to a high standard.

Chris Mellor, Julie Mitchell, Dawn Blewitt-Preston, Catherine Bradley and Lauren Clarke – Best Resource Award – for their high quality, imaginative and informative cultural calendar resource, that was given to all learners and staff teams.
