Dawn is known for her kindness, her willingness to listen, and the way she consistently makes people feel safe, understood and cared for. Her calm presence and steady support have become an important part of daily life at Knowsley Road, and her impact is felt in the genuine connection she builds with Chantelle and everyone she supports.
Joanne Clarke
Hillside Children’s Home, Bedfordshire (CYP)
Joanne’s development over recent months has been remarkable. She stepped far outside her comfort zone to complete her Competent Practitioner award in Intensive Interaction, embracing the challenge of filming her practice with determination and honesty. At Hillside, she has quickly become a natural, thoughtful practitioner, building strong relationships with young people and contributing with enthusiasm to events and community activities. Her adventurous spirit and team focus have enriched the home’s culture, and her delight in achieving her award says everything about her commitment.

Jamie has shown extraordinary resilience and professionalism while supporting a student who was experiencing difficulties. He has provided steady reassurance not only to the young person but also to the whole staff team, consistently going beyond the expectations of his role. Natalie is recognised this month for her exceptional support to colleagues across the organisation. She responds quickly to queries, offers clear explanations, and approaches every request with patience and positivity. Teams at Wingrave shared how valuable her help has been with invoicing and day-to-day financial queries, and how much they appreciate her friendly presence. Natalie’s combination of efficiency and warmth makes her an essential part of the team.
