Investing in our expertise

15 March 2019
News

Following a charitable donation, we are really excited to have the opportunity to invest in three new roles. The organisation has a strong vision for the next three years and believes these roles will play a key part in the delivery of our ambitious plans.

The legacy gift was from a family member of someone we supported; we know she would be fully supportive of our investment in two roles to work closely with families and a third role for a person with a disability to represent the voice of the people we support.

Our Family Engagement Consultant will bring our ambitious vision for our engagement with families to life

Our My Way Facilitator – Transforming Care will work closely with young people and adults who have a learning disability and their families as they make the move from long-term secure residential settings to their own community-based homes

Our Self-Advocate Lead will be a person with a disability who will build on our existing advocacy work and ensure that the voice of people we support influence all that we do

The deadline for applying for each role is Tuesday 23 April. Please follow the relevant links for a full information pack for each role.
