MacIntyre’s Harry Palmer was named the 2021 Newcomer to MacIntyre Winner at our recent online staff awards ceremony.
Harry was awarded this title because of how quickly he added such an enormous level of value to his new team. Starting in a new team can be daunting but Harry’s enthusiastic approach brining fresh ideas to his work and an appetite for learning didn’t go unnoticed by his colleagues. His passion for personal development shone through and his Milton Keynes based team supported his drive to learn outside the limits of his job requirements to complete the Care Certificate. This new certification allowed Harry to run Saturday groups with people we support. MacIntyre is always on the lookout for individuals to take part in fundraising activities and Harry once again stepped up by taking on a number of challenges whilst raising awareness for our cause.
