On Sunday, our Finance Assistant Jelena Usen will take on the Rocket 5K Run in Milton Keynes in aid of MacIntyre.
Jelena's journey with MacIntyre began in 2014.
"I started working for MacIntyre as a relief in summer of 2014, I took the job to meet my needs while I was studying at the university. It wasn’t long before I realised that I would love to stay working here long term. I have worked for MacIntyre in a few different services and I had the privilege to meet many people we support. I believe that MacIntyre’s people do an outstanding job in supporting every individual, in a way that is tailored to each and every one, and in a way that makes sense to them."
Jelena continues:
"This year I have decided to join the Rocket 5k run in Milton Keynes. I would love to raise some money for MacIntyre while I get fitter. I also have my boyfriend joining me for the run. I hope I get a few people who would be happy to sponsor me."
