In April, we were delighted to celebrate our staff at our annual Marjorie Newton Wright Awards. Since then, we have shared stories of our winners, from 'Best Newcomer' to 'Inspirational Leaders'.
Today, we are sharing how Maureen achieved our 'Health and Safety Champion' award.
Winner - Maureen White, Frontline Manager, Warrington
Throughout the past year, Maureen has worked to develop some excellent safe systems around infection control for a person she supports. This involved making several, non-intrusive adaptions to their home.
Maureen provided this support whilst helping maintain the redevelopment of the building. She was the driving force behind ensuring that a proactive approach was taken with another person’s mobility.
Maureen’s dedication meant that the person could remain in their home.
