Martin - person centred end of life care

This case study tracks the life of Martin, who died aged 67 having spent 14 years in MacIntyre services, firstly in supported living and then in  registered care. Martin developed Alzheimer’s disease 10 years before he died, and lived comparatively well thanks to the continuity of care he received from MacIntyre staff and the extensive support from his multidisciplinary healthcare team.
