Operational and Specialist leaders - Frontline Manager equivalent and above, who bring out the best in their teams.

This award recognises managers and leaders across MacIntyre, in both operational teams and central or specialist teams, who consistently inspire, support, and guide their colleagues.

Operational teams: eligible roles include Frontline Manager, Service Manager, Area Manager, Programme Coordinator, Programme Manager, Registered Manager, and similar positions.

Central and specialist teams: eligible roles include Heads of Department and Managers.

The award celebrates leaders who bring out the best in their teams, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered. It’s about leadership that makes a difference every day, through guidance, encouragement, and leading by example, whether managing frontline services or specialist functions.
