Keeping on learning is part of MacIntyre‘s DNA. This award is for a person or group who have really embraced the value of learning.

This award recognises an individual or team at MacIntyre who actively prioritises learning, for themselves and for those around them, even though learning is not a formal part of their role.

This might be a colleague who goes out of their way to support a new team member, or a team that creates time to coach and learn from one another as they develop new skills. What matters most is the intentional focus on learning and development in everyday practice.

This award is not aimed at members of the Workforce Development team, where learning is a core part of their role, but at staff who choose to champion learning alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.
