Someone who has made a real impact as someone new to MacIntyre or to their role since 1 April 2025.

This award recognises someone in any role at MacIntyre who is new to the organisation, or an existing colleague who has recently moved into a new role through promotion or transfer. The person must have joined or transferred since 1 April 2025.

It celebrates individuals who have approached their new role with commitment and curiosity, learning quickly, building positive working relationships, and making a thoughtful contribution to their team or the people they support. This award is about how well someone has stepped into their role, not how long they have been in it.
