It’s incredibly important to have inspirational leaders within organisations. MacIntyre’s Carl Stubbs was named the 2021 Inspiring Leader for Adult Services at MacIntyre’s annual staff awards.
Hampshire based Carl led his team through the pandemic with relentless enthusiasm and dedication.
Carl inspired his team to operate with the greatest possible degree of caution to protect those they support. Motivating a large staff team to show tremendous levels of discipline is no easy task, but Carl achieved just this in order that people could attend hospital when needed, with staff staying with them to provide support in a different environment, and despite the risks of extended periods in hospital environments. The success and dedication of Carl and his team is a great example of MacIntyre’s DNA (the way we do things) being put into practice.
Carl was the driving force behind his team achieving positive outcomes for the people we support during the pandemic, a testament to Carl’s leadership and commitment to his vision. A worthy winner of the Inspiring Leader award.
