In the latest episode of the MacIntyre Families Podcast, we welcome Sarah Ormston, MacIntyre's Health, Dementia and Wellbeing Manager, to introduce the NHS Anticipatory Care Calendar (Health Calendar) to the families of the people we support.

Sarah shares how the NHS Anticipatory Care Calendar is used across MacIntyre to record what is normal for each person we support and detail any changes they may experience. She also shares how this document can be used to present these changes to a health professional, ensuring a timely diagnosis.
