This booklet covers why falls happen, in addition to detailing ways you can reduce the risk of falls at home and in the workplace.

Can you live well with dementia? This mini book covers what living well looks like in practice and your role in helping someone to live a full life with dementia.

Eating and Drinking

Staff should be aware that as a person gets older their tastes can change, as can their ability to eat certain foods and to maintain a balanced diet. This resource covers food and drinks to avoid, as well as providing advice on weight management.
